You must Upload your KYC documents to secure your account before you will be able to purchase any gold products or receive commissions.
Your gold savings account is a money account and requires you to upload certain documents (Photo ID & Proof of Address) to secure your account.
You do not want anyone other than youself getting into your gold savings account, just like any other savings account.
Check your email for a "VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT" link after uploading.
May take up to 24 hours to approve.

Once you begin to accumulate commissions they will be loaded on your Mastercard.
So you can either order your MasterCard right away via your back office OR wait until you start accumulating commissions and then order it.

You MUST enter the date of birth as follow:
Example if the date of birth is 8/31/1973 enter 310873
NOTE: WHEN THE AFFIIATE IS CALLING THE USA/CANADA NUMBERS
You will need to enter the date of birth with the format 08/31/73 (MMDDYY)
Once you have entered the correct information you will receive the PIN directly by phone.
It is the responsibilty of the affiliate to keep their PIN safe and not share it with any other persons.
Please note that you can change your PIN at any EMV chip compliant ATM.
